About me

I’m Dr Bryan Fehilly, a medically trained hypnotherapist with over four decades of experience. I help people achieve meaningful, lasting change.

I hold a medical degree (MB ChB) from the University of Glasgow. I am a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP). I also hold a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from the University of Birmingham. In addition, I have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the University of Sheffield.

I am a founder member of the British Society of Clinical and Academic Hypnosis (BSCAH). I have spent many years teaching hypnosis to clinicians at all stages of their careers.

I offer one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions online. Sessions are delivered in a calm, safe, and confidential setting. Each session is tailored to your individual needs.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or looking to change longstanding patterns, I aim to help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.

If you’d like to explore whether this approach is right for you, we can start with a no-obligation conversation.
